This picture book promotes inclusion, friendships, parity and acceptance. How they are different no matter the reason, that that is okay. No matter what we look like, how we feel and act, we are all human. The pictures help children because it not only talks about differences but it shows them as well because kids can see that there are so many and that it is a good thing to be diverse. I had hoped it focused a little more on pointing out how we are all different and work together.
